Program Description

The M.Ed. in Learning Design and Technology emphasizes the study and application of learning theory and technology skills that can be applied to learning problems in a wide range of settings. Students will learn skills including but not limited to: -- advanced analysis skill --instructional design skills --media development skills --digital media evaluation skills --project management skills --performance technology skills --elearning design and development skills --elearning teaching skills --evaluation skills --the skills needed to stay current in a quickly evolving landscape of learning and technology. Students will learn to apply these skills through a hands on, project-based learning curriculum that is offered in a fully online degree program. Video conferencing is used for one-on-one and small group discussions. There are no required full class meetings. We offer a high quality, interactive user experience in a fully online format that provides our working adult students the ability to earn a high quality degree while working full time.
